Marvellous Me
Barnwell Academy uses an online platform called Marvellous Me to ensure home/school engagement enables parents to become involved in their child's learning and celebrate their achievements. This app enables the class teacher to enagage with parents and keep you up to date.
You can sign up to MarvellousMe by downloading the free MarvellousMe Parent app from the App Store or Google Play Store, or join up at www.marvellousme.com.
All parents will receive a join code, either by letter, email or SMS. Please email barnwell.primary@schools.sunderland.gov.uk if you have any difficulty with your code.
Your child's class teacher will update you with homework tasks, report on learning tasks in the classroom and provide positive praise through reward badges . They will also message home with reminders to keep you up to date with school life.
You can 'high five' the class teacher to alert them you have talked to your child about their learning and school day.
